Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead or Senior Capacity Systems Engineer to define seeker testing interfaces and coordinate with IPT across production and development programs.

You will lead design of automated test equipment, develop system requirements, and mentor cross-functional teams while advancing RF seeker capabilities and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years engineering leadership.
• Hands-on lab experience with test methodology/design.
• Experience with Life-Cycle Development and Systems Engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Support design of automated test equipment and hardware fabrication, integration, and validation testing.
• Develop and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Create and implement Test Equipment Design strategies.
• Lead RCCA investigations and troubleshooting of hardware validation issues.
• Provide technical oversight to promote first-time quality and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define systems engineering processes and best practices.
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components in a test environment.
• Support production and capacity expansion with technical guidance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends in RF seeker technologies.
