Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 9+ years related experience; or equivalent.
• 3+ years Systems Engineering relating to test requirements and interface definition.
• Strong MBSE and systems integration/testing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Derive test requirements from system level seeker requirements.
• Develop test methodologies and interfaces (hardware & software).
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to define SE processes.
• Maintain system requirements, interface control documents, and verification plans.
• Oversee hardware/software integration in test environments for RF seeker systems.
• Support production and capacity expansion with technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends in systems engineering and RF seeker tech.
