Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science.
• Senior Level 4: typically 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Lead Level 5: typically 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Principal Level 6: typically 20+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development on RF theory, DSP and radar concepts as a senior SME.
• Develop radar signal processing algorithms (Kalman filtering, probabilistic modeling, processing pulsed-Doppler).
• Design algorithms to convert signal returns into tracked targets across timelines.
• Define system performance requirements and interfaces for seeker/missile architecture.
• Analyze seeker simulations to improve system robustness in challenging environments.
• Mentor early-career DSP/algorithm engineers through knowledge transfer.
