Legends Global is seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to serve as the lead accounting resource for the Henrico Sports & Events Center. This hands-on role requires ownership, problem solving, and close collaboration with operations and finance leadership.

You will drive month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and control improvements in a dynamic event-driven environment. Exceptional analytics and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience to include public and/or private.
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience.
• Experience with financial statements, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day accounting operations for the facility.
• Manage monthly close process and ensure accuracy of close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual external audit materials and work with auditors.
