Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Staff Test Quality Engineer to strengthen test strategy, coverage, and quality controls across wafer sort, final test, and production release flows. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and external sites to reduce test escapes and improve overall outgoing quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of semiconductor test experience, with deep hands-on knowledge of analog and digital testing, test methodologies, debug, test hardware/software development,

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in analog and digital testing, test methodologies, and debugging.
• Experience with test hardware and software development, data analysis, and reliability standards.
• Establishment of DFT and DFM standards for high-reliability products.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen test strategy, coverage, and manufacturing quality controls across wafer sort, final test, and production release flows.
• Partner with business groups, product engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, and external sites to reduce test escapes.
• Lead development and institutionalization of best-in-class test standards and practices.
