Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years or Master's with 6 years semiconductor experience.
• Experience in operating or maintaining MBE growth systems.
• Knowledge of thin-film characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of microelectronic semiconductor engineers.
• Oversee maintenance of MBE systems and vendor relationships.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and performance reviews.
