Responsibilities

• Lead growth and epitaxial process R&D across deposition sources and chambers.
• Design and run experiments to understand material behavior and interactions.
• Characterize materials (SEM, XRD, spectroscopy) and close the loop to process improvements.
• Define manufacturable growth processes balancing yield, cost, and schedule.
• Mentor engineers, participate in design reviews, and drive cross-functional alignment.
