Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security system installation and leadership roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support small project teams (2–4 technicians) and oversee phases of projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct site walks, construction meetings, and coordinate with GCs and stakeholders.
• Maintain site safety compliance, PPE requirements, and job site organization.
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Program and troubleshoot access control and camera systems; verify performance.
• Prepare daily progress reports, redline drawings, labeling, and punch lists.
