Desert Diamond Casino-Why is seeking a Working Supervisor to lead the security team and safeguard assets, guests, and team members on shift. You will supervise Security/Surveillance Officers and ensure regulatory compliance in a casino setting.

Under the Security/Surveillance Operations Manager, you will monitor equipment, complete logs and reports, assist in investigations with law enforcement, and train new staff. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years security/surveillance experience, 1 year in lead role.
• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Gaming industry experience preferred; ability to obtain gaming license.
