• Knowledge of SDLC practices including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing and live-site operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring and managing software engineers.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scalability.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
