Security officer positions may require you to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching overhead with 10-25 lb loads, climbing stairs with loads up to 50 lbs, walking and standing for long periods, and typing or working at a computer.

Job Description

Position: Lead Security Officer - Metro Atlanta

Type: Full-time, Concierge Level Service Officers

Location: Atlanta

Shift: Tues-Thurs 3p-12a, Fri-Sat 11p-7a

Pay rate: $19/hr

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all open schedules are covered, especially during evenings, overnight, and weekends.
2. Monitor and oversee site locations to maintain security standards and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, HR, scheduling, and learning management software.
• Ability to use client monitoring equipment such as guard tours, badges, and cameras.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and situational assessment skills.
• Ability to manage personnel and operate communication equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous security lead experience and knowledge of security technologies preferred.
• Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and pass screening processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Attention to detail.
• One year of security lead experience preferred.
