Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years' applied experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient with cloud-native architectures, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting to solve complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code, review and debug code, and automate remediation of recurring issues.
• Lead resiliency design reviews, deconstruct complex problems into actionable work for engineers, and act as the main contact during major incidents.
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability, stability, and performance using data-driven analytics to enhance service levels.
• Drive collaboration to identify SLIs/SLOs and error budgets with stakeholders and customers.
• Provide high-level technical expertise across domains and identify bottlenecks.
