Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years' applied experience.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and automate remediation for stability.
• Lead resiliency design reviews and act as main contact during major incidents.
• Improve application reliability, stability, and performance using data-driven analytics.
• Define service levels and error budgets with stakeholders and customers.
• Provide high-level technical expertise across domains and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Document and share knowledge via internal forums and communities of practice.
