Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Systems Engineer SME to lead the architecture, engineering, and O&M of a classified workstation enclave, ensuring a compliant, secure, and highly available environment.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders to design secure workstation solutions, drive improvements in security posture, and manage deliverables across milestones and risk. A DoD-oriented background and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cyber-compliant DoW environments (classified preferred).
• Experience maintaining RMF/ConMon activities aligned with ISSO/ISSM responsibilities.
• Hands-on leadership of secure workstation environments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, and O&M of the classified workstation enclave.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, implement, and sustain secure workstation solutions.
• Maintain RMF ConMon program and SSP artifacts.
• Coordinate with Customer on security controls and documentation.
• Prepare test plans, briefings, and product recommendations.
