Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Lead Enterprise IT Systems Architect to act as the sole architectural authority for a major DoW program. You will define standards, drive secure, automated, scalable solutions, and govern architecture across on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and classified environments.

You will guide modernization efforts, manage RMF/NIST compliance, and collaborate with government leadership and cybersecurity teams to align architectural decisions with mission priorities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of related experience with enterprise IT services, cloud adoption, SOA/SOI, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single enterprise architect for the program, establishing architecture standards and technical direction.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architectures aligned with mission and operational requirements.
• Architect and optimize solutions across Citrix/VDI, AD/Azure AD/Exchange, NetApp storage, UC platforms, Windows Server and RHEL.
• Lead IaC, CI/CD, and configuration management initiatives.
