Qualifications

• Ability to manage back-of-house staff, inventory, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Assist the Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff with training and follow-up.
• Help achieve budgeted labor and cost targets through planning and execution.
• Oversee inventories and purchasing of food and supplies weekly/monthly.
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA-compliant work areas.
