CTR Group in Newport News, VA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects and business solutions. This role serves as a servant leader, coaching teams to embrace Agile principles, remove impediments, and improve delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching on Scrum practices, aligning with Product Owners and stakeholders, and enabling continuous improvement through metrics and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and servant leadership.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and prioritization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members on priorities.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint commitments.
• Monitor Agile metrics to support transparency and delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team culture.
• Assist with backlog refinement, planning, and release activities.
• Promote effective communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support organizational Agile maturity through coaching and best practices.
• Identify risks and help teams stay focused on business objectives.
