Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior scientific leader to drive claim support and generate assets across brands. You will develop methods, models, and strategies for substantiation, mentor a junior scientist, and liaise with ATP and regulatory groups to advance breakthrough technologies.

Travel up to 10% and strong collaboration across R&I, clinical testing, and legal/regulatory are required as you shape the science that underpins our premium brands.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD with relevant scientific focus; leadership potential expected.
• Experience guiding a scientific team and reporting results.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a junior scientist, mentoring and guiding data generation for new claims.
• Interact with ATP, clinical testing, legal/regulatory and R&I groups on new technologies.
• Manage multiple upstream platforms and deliver high-impact breakthrough projects.
• Develop PDP goals, evaluate performance and provide career guidance.
