Job summary

You will distill complex biology into consumer-friendly narratives, collaborating with R&I, Clinical and Marketing teams to support product development and education. Ideal candidates bring advanced STEM degrees and 3–5 years in skincare or cosmetic science, with a track record of translating scientific data into credible, engaging consumer
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret dermatological and mechanistic literature.
- Strong understanding of skin physiology and ingredient mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex biology.
- Experience working cross-functionally with scientific, clinical, regulatory, marketing, product development, and/or creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape scientific language, visual frameworks, and claim-support narratives.
- Translate dermatology and biology into clear consumer-focused messaging.
- Develop scientific narratives and framework for product science storytelling.
- Distill complex biological pathways into simple, compelling messages.
- Collaborate with R&I, Clinical, Formulation, and Marketing teams on scientific positioning.
