Amgen in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead the development of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes, drive technology improvements, and oversee scale-up and technology transfer to GMP facilities.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape process understanding and regulatory filings. The role sits in DSTS within Process Development, with broad impact on pipeline assets.

Competenze

• PhD/PharmD/MD with post-doctoral experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in oligonucleotide process development preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
