Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical, Control, or Computer Engineering or related discipline with relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated core expertise with Formal Methods, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and AI.
• Experience with embedded software development tools (Eclipse, CVC4, Kind 2).
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo.
• Expertise in AI algorithms and Python; Git repository experience.
• Proven teamwork and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tools to model and analyze specifications, systems, and embedded software.
• Develop technology to verify and trust AI and system models.
• Develop MBSE practices for complex systems and architectures.
• Apply formal methods to improve requirements analysis, architecture, and verification.
• Establish end-to-end digital thread / traceability across requirements, models, design artifacts, and certification inputs.
• Mentor staff in MBSE, Formal Methods, and AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external organizations to accelerate technology delivery.
