Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD with extensive experience in the field; typically 14+ years (BS), 12+ years (MS), or 6+ years (PhD).
• Proven ability to function as a principal investigator and lead scientific strategies.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills at conferences.
• Track record as a primary author of publications and patents.

Responsibilities

• Mentor/supervise a team of scientists and evaluate performance.
