Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in chemistry with extensive related experience in CMC.
• Experience leading cross-functional process development teams in pharma (CMC).
• Experience drafting development reports and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement the Process Chemistry strategy for projects across modalities.
• Lead project teams in process development and characterization; translate lab work to scalable processes.
• Mentor staff, advise on strategic issues, and prepare regulatory memos and reports.
• Collaborate with organic chemists, analytical chemists, engineers, and program management.
