Job summary

KCAS Bio is seeking a Sr. Scientist in Kansas City to lead bioanalytical testing within the BioPharma Sciences group. You will design experiments, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field along with strong GLP laboratory experience is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in a GLP-regulated laboratory.
• Experience with ELISA, MSD, or similar immunoassay platforms.

• Design and execute all phases of assigned projects.
• Act as lead scientist providing training to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance of study activities with protocols and regulations.
