Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPC or LCSW licensure
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related clinical field
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience in school-based mental health, behavioral threat assessment, or student safety
• Strong training, facilitation, or public speaking skills
• Ability to communicate clinical information clearly to non-clinical school staff
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN area

Responsibilities

• Tier 1: Deliver NTAC-aligned threat assessment training to partner school teams.
• Tier 1: Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Tier 1: Develop and refine district threat assessment policies in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Tier 1: Onboard new district staff to threat assessment protocol.
• Tier 1: Document training completion and maintain records in the InSite Wellness Platform.
