Qualifications

• Three years of highly responsible experience in accounting or budget control and reporting, including one year in a lead capacity.
• Equivalent to the completion of High School, supplemented by coursework in accounting or related fields.
• Ability to perform double entry bookkeeping and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, tabulate, calculate, verify, and file accounting and budget data.
• Audit, post, balance and verify records for accuracy and concerns.
• Prepare trial balances, financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain journals, ledgers and a variety of fiscal records.
• Handle cash receipts and deposits; operate office machines and computer systems.
