Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans buildings: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms cleaning, windows and floors maintenance.
• Stocks restrooms with towels, tissue, soap and supplies.
• Replaces bulbs and basic parts; unclogs drains and maintains cleanliness of building areas.
• Performs routine building maintenance: grounds, locks, setup rooms, move furniture, dispose trash, monitor HVAC operation.
• Operates cleaning tools and maintains inventory of supplies.
• Performs related duties as assigned by Principal.
