Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, strips, waxes and buffs floor surfaces.
• Cleans restroom areas and replenishes supplies.
• Dusts and cleans desks and other furniture.
• Empties trash receptacles and maintains cleanliness.
• Polices grounds and shovels snow or applies de-icing compounds as needed.
• Replaces burned-out light bulbs.
• Prepares requisition forms for supplies and assists with basic maintenance.
