• Regular positions represented by MFPE Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all custodial staff to keep the building clean, safe, and pleasant.
• Supervises tasks and ensures high-quality performance.
• Assists in scheduling custodial work hours.
• Evaluates job performance of custodial staff.
• Responds to emergency calls related to building operations.
• Maintains HVAC and building systems maintenance schedules.
• Oversees supply inventory and procurement.
• Conducts routine inspections of electrical installations for safety.
• Provides temporary help when needed.
• Performs cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas.
