Responsibilities

• Personally performs or oversees maintenance on plumbing, electrical fixtures and woodwork not requiring skilled trades.
• Supervises custodial staff for special school events and maintains security responsibilities.
• Keeps records of supplies, issues equipment, and makes reports on work accomplished and incidents.
