Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools on the 2nd shift. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, averaging 40 hours weekly.

You will lead a cleaning team, ensure building safety, and complete standard GRBS cleaning protocols using our tools. Candidates should be dependable, self-motivated, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Cleaning restrooms.
