Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, second-shift role runs Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 18+ with valid ID and leadership experience
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by Michigan public schools
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Nightly perimeter door checks
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
