Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods for floors and carpet.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned facilities and grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment.
• Delivers supplies, mail, and packages to the appropriate parties within the site.
• Informs students and staff about activities, safety, and maintenance information.
• Inspects facilities to ensure safe operations and identify repairs.
• Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability of custodial items.
• Oversees assigned custodial personnel to ensure efficient duties and standards.
• Performs minor maintenance on custodial equipment and fixtures.
• Prepares site for daily operations and resolves safety concerns as needed.
