Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned facilities and grounds to maintain sanitary environment.
• Delivers items and distributes materials within site.
• Informs staff and students about safety and maintenance.
• Performs summer maintenance tasks as needed.
• Prepares site for daily operations and opens facilities.
• Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies.
• Responds to safety or operational issues and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Responds to inquiries from staff, students, and visitors.
• Secures facilities and grounds to minimize risk and loss.
• Supports other site maintenance staff.
