Job summary

UCP of Central Florida invites applications for a School-Based Therapy Supervisor. This full-time, school-year role leads a team of pediatric therapy providers (OT, PT, SLP) delivering IEP services. You will also manage the SLP caseload and clinically supervise up to two SLPAs.

You will oversee service delivery at charter schools and medical/out-patient settings, ensuring compliance and high-quality student outcomes. Relevant licensure and ASHA CCC are required.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active license from the Florida Department of Health Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Florida School Certified Match Medicaid Provider.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school-based therapy service delivery at assigned campus.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding; supervise school-based therapy personnel.
• Ensure productivity; deliver OT/PT/SLP services as prescribed by IEP.
• Provide clinical supervision for up to 2 SLPAs.
• Deliver direct diagnostic and therapeutic services to students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with FERPA guidelines.
• Participate in IEP and campus meetings; develop care plans and goals.
