Job summary

ACLD is seeking a Lead Social Work/Psychology Clinician in Bay Shore, NY, to provide clinical leadership for social workers, psychologists, and staff. The role drives best practices in early childhood mental health, behavioral strategies, and PBIS/PBS across classrooms and therapy sessions.

You will supervise, mentor, and coach clinical staff, support onboarding, and help develop treatment plans and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in School or Clinical Psychology.
• Appropriate state certification and/or licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with young children with disabilities.
• Minimum 2 years supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to clinical staff.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development of social work and psychology personnel.
