Job summary

Little Stepping Stones is seeking a Lead Teacher to support School Age learners. The role requires a high school diploma and an associate or bachelor's degree, with background checks completed. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and offers competitive pay with benefits.

• High school diploma required and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans and curriculum weekly across all areas of child development using the classroom schedule and parent communication app.
• Establish a professional rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
