Hours: 4 - 10 hour days M-F 7:00 - 5:00 or 7:30 - 5:30.
We are seeking a Lead School-Age Teacher who is energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with elementary-age children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on activities, field trips, and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for school-age students.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and enrichment programs
Supervise children before and after school, on no-school days, and during summer programs
Safely transport children on field trips and school pick-ups/drop-offs using a 15-passenger van
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Follow all state licensing, safety, and center policies
Must be at least 20 years old
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
Experience working with school-age children preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
