Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool preferred.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine care and classroom activities.
• Complies with licensing background checks (BCI/FBI).
