Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college is required.
• Two or more years of experience as a licensed School Age Child Care Director.
• Substitution: associate degree may be substituted with up to two additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees varied group activity and supervises staff.
• Provides support to management personnel and coordinates program activities.
• Maintains reports and records; answers inquiries from public and businesses.
• Supervises at least two full-time employees and ensures program compliance.
