Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily scheduling operations across multiple client locations.
• Oversee schedule creation, staffing coordination, and shift coverage management.
• Respond to operational challenges and urgent staffing needs promptly.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees, supervisors, and management regarding scheduling.
• Assist in training and mentoring scheduling team members for consistency and efficiency.
• Work with Recruiting and Operations leadership to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Monitor scheduling accuracy, compliance, and workforce coverage needs.
• Handle escalated scheduling issues and employee concerns professionally.
• Maintain records using company systems and databases.
• Coordinate communication and workflow with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
