Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a healthcare setting (home care/long-term care/hospital).
• Two years mentoring and collaborating with coordinator teams.
• Proficient in scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with caregivers, clients, families and scheduling team.
• Evening and weekend on-call availability.
• Local travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain and update caregiver schedules.
• Conduct comprehensive client intakes and gather essential service information.
• Ensure client data is entered accurately and promptly into scheduling systems.
• Schedule Caregiver team members for both on- and off-campus clients.
