Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler, Preconstruction to guide data center development schedules from initial planning through handoff to construction. You will craft and maintain detailed timelines, ensure alignment with milestones, and surface risks early for STACK leadership.

You will collaborate with design, permitting, procurement, utilities, and commercial teams, validating assumptions, tracking critical path, and driving schedule-based decisions across the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of direct scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
  • 3–5 years of data center or mission-critical scheduling in preconstruction.
  • Strong communication across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules from planning to handoff.
  • Build and update schedules within STACK's framework with accurate logic and milestones.
  • Lead schedule working sessions, validate assumptions, and surface risks early.
  • Analyze critical path, float trends, and recommend mitigations.
  • Prepare updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analysis for leadership.

Data runs on STACK.THE POSITION:STACK is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Lead Scheduler, Preconstruction to support the planning and scheduling of data center development projects during the preconstruction phase. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules within STACK’s established scheduling program, providing clear visibility into key milestones, dependencies, and risks for project teams and STACK leadership.The ideal candidate brings both strong technical scheduling expertise and a planner’s mindset – someone who can think strategically about how projects should be sequenced and executed, while also producing high quality schedules that build confidence in the work product of the preconstruction team.
