Job summary

Motive Power is seeking a Lead Scheduler to lead Scheduling for our largest programs, setting the standard for the Scheduling practice. You will own deliverables, advise executives on strategy and risk, and mentor a team of schedulers in a hybrid setting with occasional travel.

You will define procedures, quality controls, and best practices, including how AI can accelerate analysis, forecasting, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and judgment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing schedulers.
• Proven ability to develop scheduling procedures and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling and project controls on large, complex projects from baseline to closeout.
• Mentor and develop a team of Project Schedulers (levels I–IV).
• Ensure schedules meet contract requirements and quality standards.
