Job summary

Meta is seeking a highly experienced Schedule Lead to own the Integrated Master Schedule for a large-scale AI-enabled infrastructure campus. You will manage a team of schedulers, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure schedule health, reporting accuracy, and timely EOT decisions across multiple departments.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale, complex capital projects.
• Proven expertise in integrated master schedule management, schedule controls, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with commercial entitlement & schedule change management.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and analytics/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and integrate GC schedules.
• Serve as the technical lead for Schedule Controls, including EOT, delay tracking, and reporting.
• Lead commercial entitlement and schedule change management, with guidance to site teams.
• Contribute to delay mitigation strategies and collaborate with Site Leadership.
• Review and approve General Contractors' preconstruction Baseline Schedules with PreConstruction Managers.
• Analyze schedule health and risk withProject Controls and Construction Leadership.
• Identify proactive commercial risks and support delay reviews and mitigation.
• Provide support to Site Schedulers and manage vendor performance.
• Support cadence reporting and communication to site and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive programmatic efficiencies with other Schedule Leads.
