Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Scaffolding Superintendent for the Fab 62 project at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, AZ. This role leads scaffold operations, ensuring safe and compliant construction, maintenance, inspection, and dismantling across multiple work areas.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, field supervisors, and design teams, manage schedules and resources, and ensure alignment with project requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires scaffold planning and field execution knowledge in complex projects.
• Understanding of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret scaffold drawings, work packages, and vendor data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scaffold work with subcontractors, field supervisors and project teams.
• Track scaffold schedules, labor, materials, and access needs to keep work moving safely.
• Review scaffold plans and align with project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate scaffold work with other disciplines to support the overall project schedule.
• Assist with field changes, RFIs, and subcontract planning information.
• Ensure scaffold work meets safety, quality, regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with construction teams and design groups using standard tracking tools.
