Job summary

Associated Scaffolding is seeking a Scaffold Foreman to supervise crews through the erection and dismantling of scaffolds on our job sites. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and efficient workflow management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in scaffold construction, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license. Competent Person Training is required, and OSHA 10/30 are preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 3 years of scaffolding construction experience.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Have Competent Person Training for scaffold construction and fall protection.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour preferred for construction.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI/Careless in past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise erection and dismantling of scaffold crews per OSHA and company standards.
• Design and inspect fall protection systems and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Load/unload equipment at job sites and plan workflow.
• Assign tasks to personnel based on skill level and coordinate activities.
• Document hours worked and update inventory/change orders.
• Undertake additional duties as needed by the Manager.
