Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Leader to advance to a Scaffold Construction Supervisor / E&D Foreman 2 role. The position requires local travel across the metro area and hands-on leadership of scaffold crews on major projects.

You will serve as OSHA Competent Person on-site, mentor foremen, and oversee time, budget, and logistics to ensure safe, compliant installations. Requires 5+ years scaffolding experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience (combining Scaffold Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, and Foreman 1).
• Leadership & safety: Strong project management skills and deep OSHA scaffolding knowledge.
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to work at heights and lift 40+ lbs.
• Bonus: Trade school completion and/or bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and direct up to 3 Foreman 1s and their crews to safely erect and dismantle scaffolding systems.
• Serve as OSHA Competent Person on-site, driving safety culture and site inspection protocols.
• Manage time, schedule, cost control, site logistics, material ordering, and customer communications—leading to a full supervisory role.
• Coach and mentor junior foremen and lead carpenters to develop future scaffold builders.

What You’ll Do

📍 Location Requirement: This position is based on-site in Atlanta, GA (30312) and requires daily local travel to job sites across the metro region. Candidates must currently reside in or around the Greater Atlanta area.

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 30.06
