Qualifications

• You have extensive systems engineering experience for DoD/national security space programs.
• Experience leading requirements development activities (CONOPS refinement, requirements derivation, allocation, verification planning).
• Experience executing trade studies for complex space system capabilities, including analysis of alternatives and risk evaluation.
• Experience integrating capability needs into acquisition documentation (specifications, SRD, RFP tech volumes).
• Experience supporting technical evaluations of contractor proposals, including criteria development and weaknesses analysis.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to senior stakeholders and work across multi‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle for space programs.
• Guide CONOPS refinement and requirements derivation and allocation.
• Oversee contractor execution to ensure alignment with mission needs and program goals.
• Support government trade studies and evaluation of contractor proposals.
