Job summary

Dycom Industries is building a world-class SAP Center of Excellence and seeks a visionary Technical Product Management Lead to own the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. You will bridge business execution with SAP configuration as the Chief Product Owner for Sales and O2C.

You will translate complex needs into scalable digital experiences, drive multi-year roadmaps, and lead agile teams to accelerate cash flow while reducing revenue leakage. Florida-based role with robust benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
5-8+ years in SAP SD/O2C or similar functions.
Proven Agile leadership with backlog management.
Strong SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP Fiori UX knowledge.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical product strategy.
Experience with Clean Core principles and SAP development practices.
Excellent communication bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year roadmap for SAP Sales, Pricing, and Billing (Lead-to-Cash).
Translate business goals into actionable digital product strategies with the BPO Lead.
Identify opportunities to apply SAP AI for pricing and approvals.
Digitize complex workflows for unit-price contracts, milestones, and T&M.
Advocate for UX improvements to reduce data entry and friction.
Collaborate with SAP Architects to maintain Clean Core integrity.
Lead Agile delivery: epics, stories, sprint planning, and reviews.
Partner with Change Management to drive adoption and monitor OKRs.
